From Student to Standout:

How to Join a Global Internship This August

Are you a senior high school student looking to gain real work experience before graduating?

This August 2025, Metaversity is offering 100 students in the Philippines the chance to join a fully funded international internship program at no cost.

In partnership with Young Founders School, this program will help students explore professional environments, gain hands-on skills, and work on real-world challenges alongside global mentors.

What You’ll Experience

Selected students will:

  • Participate in a remote internship lasting 4 to 6 weeks
  • Be grouped into teams of three to complete a research project
  • Receive mentorship from professionals at companies like Uber, McKinsey, HSBC Asset Management, and Ernst & Young
  • Present their work in a final showcase

This is not a simulation or class exercise. Students will work on actual projects, collaborate with peers, and receive guidance from experts.

Why This Matters

Most students wait until college or beyond to gain practical experience. This program allows you to:

  • Apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations
  • Build a portfolio that can strengthen future job or college applications
  • Gain exposure to industries like Web3, AI, and emerging tech
  • Start building your professional network

What You’ll Need

To join the internship, students must:

  • Be able to commit 4 to 6 hours per week
  • Have access to a reliable internet connection
  • Use a laptop or desktop computer

Who Can Apply

The program is open to:

  • Senior high school students aged 11 to 18
  • Students based in the Philippines
  • Learners who are curious, motivated, and eager to grow

No prior internship experience is needed. You just need to be willing to learn and collaborate with others.
