Job Details: YGG Pilipinas is looking for a Technical Director to ensure smooth, high-quality production of its community shows, livestreams, and podcasts. The role involves operating and maintaining audio, video, lighting, and streaming equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and keeping gear organized and ready. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in live production, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with hosts, guests, and teammates. This is a primarily remote role with flexible scheduling, requiring availability during livestreams and recordings, plus occasional on-site presence for special events.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in live production (community shows, livestreams, or podcasts)
• Proficiency with audio, video, lighting, and streaming equipment/software
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly under pressure
• Knowledge of basic editing tools and file management systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with team members and guests
• Flexible availability during scheduled productions
• Comfortable in a remote-first work setup with occasional in-person events
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with OBS, StreamYard, or similar livestreaming platforms
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software
• Knowledge of sound design and audio mixing
• Background in event production or stage management
