You’ll lead the design of campaigns, from static graphics to motion visuals, ensuring that every execution resonates with Filipino gaming and Web3 communities. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, and a pulse on internet culture. This is a remote-first role where you’ll collaborate with marketing, copy, and community teams to deliver work that’s both creative and impactful.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in design or digital branding for agencies or brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing static and motion design across platforms
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Experience designing for TikTok or Reels with knowledge of pacing, hooks, and platform-native design
• Strong instincts for Filipino internet culture and community-driven storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and projects independently
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Web3, gaming, or youth/creator-focused brands
• Light animation skills or motion storytelling interest
• Strong creative POV and commitment to raising the bar
