Job Details: YGG Pilipinas is looking for a Multimedia Producer who lives and breathes digital storytelling. You’ll produce short-form videos, motion graphics, and dynamic content that grabs attention on platforms like TikTok and Reels. From editing clips to animating graphics, you’ll bring campaigns to life in ways that engage communities and drive results. The ideal candidate is skilled in video editing, proficient with tools like CapCut and Premiere, and deeply familiar with Filipino internet culture. This is a remote-first role with flexible hours, requiring both creative instincts and technical production skills.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in multimedia production or content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and short-form content
• Advanced skills in Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, and Canva
• Experience editing content for TikTok or Reels with strong grasp of pacing, hooks, and storytelling
• Excellent collaboration skills with marketing, design, and community teams
• Ability to deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with gaming, Web3, or creator-driven communities
• Knowledge of sound design, light animation, or motion storytelling
• Creative curiosity and ability to experiment with new formats and trends
