Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in gaming, digital, or tech
• Proven success running campaigns from planning through execution
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives at once
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to optimize campaigns
• Familiarity with social-first content and community-driven marketing
• Strong communication skills in English and Taglish
• Passion for gaming and Filipino online culture

• Experience with creator or KOL campaigns
• Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and Facebook Groups
• Exposure to Web3, crypto, or tech marketing
