Job Details: Silicon Valley HQ is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide exceptional support to U.S.-based clients and patients. This full-time role offers 1,000 open positions and is available for a remote setup. We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the U.S. healthcare industry, who can effectively handle patient inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and knowledgeable about healthcare processes and HIPAA compliance, ensuring every interaction is efficient, compassionate, and compliant.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven experience handling U.S. clients or healthcare accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
Preferred Skills:
- Empathetic and patient-centered communication style
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM or call management tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as billing, administration, and technical support
